1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, scanning the payment QR code, transferring fees to UPI ID chiruanandclasses@axl, or joining the TradeKatte live mentorship channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our program.

2. Nature of Service: Purely Educational Mentorship

Important Legal Notice & SEBI Clarification:

TradeKatte is an educational mentorship program designed to teach price action reading, risk management, and market discipline. TradeKatte and its mentors are NOT registered as Investment Advisers or Research Analysts under SEBI regulations. We do not provide buy/sell stock tips, calls, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), or assured return schemes. Any trade setups discussed during live market hours are solely for illustrative, training, and educational purposes.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To enroll in TradeKatte, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and mentorship link credentials. Access is granted solely to you on an individual basis and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with any third party.

4. Program Fee, Payment & Enrollment

  • One-Time Fee: The program fee is a one-time charge of ₹4,999. There are no hidden recurring monthly subscription fees.
  • Official Payment Method: Payments must be made strictly through the official PhonePe UPI QR code displayed on this website or directly to verified UPI ID chiruanandclasses@axl.
  • Verification Process: Upon completing payment, you must submit a screenshot showing the transaction reference (UTR) number to our official Telegram handle @Team_Tradekatte. Access to the private students' group is activated promptly once verified.

5. Mentorship Duration & Validity

Our core promise is continuous guidance until you become profitable:

Your mentorship access remains valid until you achieve one complete profitable calendar month based on disciplined execution of our setup criteria. We do not arbitrarily terminate your access after a few weeks or months. You remain in the community as long as you follow the rules and maintain an active learning attitude.

6. Intellectual Property & Community Rules

All instructional frameworks, chart setups, live commentary, video streams, and proprietary notes provided within TradeKatte are the exclusive intellectual property of TradeKatte.

  • You may not screen-record, re-broadcast, pirate, redistribute, or commercially exploit any session or material.
  • Creating cloned groups, forwarding internal trade levels to public channels, or harassing other community members will lead to immediate, irreversible termination without refund.

7. Market Risk & Limitation of Liability

Trading in equities, futures, options, and commodities involves inherent market volatility and capital risk. You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for all financial decisions made in your personal trading account.
  • TradeKatte, its founders, and mentors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses incurred in the market.
  • We do not control market movement, broker terminal downtime, internet latency, or exchange execution slippage.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
