By accessing TradeKatte or completing payment for our mentorship program, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We only collect information that is strictly necessary to verify your payment, grant access to our mentorship sessions, and communicate program updates:

• Identity & Contact Details: Your name, Telegram username, phone number, and email address provided when contacting us or submitting your enrollment confirmation.
• Payment Verification Records: UPI transaction screenshots, Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) numbers, payment date and time, and the sender UPI ID. Note: We never ask for, collect, or store your UPI PIN, banking login passwords, or debit/credit card CVVs.
• Communication Records: Messages, inquiries, questions, and feedback shared via Telegram or email for customer support and mentorship coordination.
• Technical & Log Data: Standard non-identifying server log data such as IP address, browser type, device operating system, and page access timestamps to safeguard website integrity.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed solely for legitimate educational and business purposes:

• To verify UPI payment confirmation against our receiving bank/PhonePe merchant account (UPI ID: chiruanandclasses@axl).
• To add you to our private Students' Group on Telegram and provide access credentials for live market analysis streams.
• To deliver mentorship announcements, market level updates, and educational materials.
• To respond promptly to your support requests, inquiries, and technical issues.
• To prevent fraud, duplicate enrollments, or unauthorized access.

4. Data Protection & Security

We implement robust organizational and technological safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information. All web traffic is encrypted via HTTPS with modern TLS certificates. Screenshots and transaction details shared on Telegram are handled privately by authorized administrators only.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any third parties.

We interact with reputable third-party service providers solely to fulfill program deliverables:

• Telegram: Used as our primary channel for student communication, live session updates, and community discussions. Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's privacy policies.
• UPI Payment Ecosystem (NPCI / Banks): Payment transfers occur directly through your chosen UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.) and the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact and payment verification data for the duration of your active mentorship and as necessary to comply with applicable tax, financial accounting, and regulatory records under Indian law.

7. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

• Request confirmation of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections or updates to your contact information.
• Request removal of your contact details upon conclusion of your mentorship.
